Lactation treats are made with a combination of key ingredients that help boost milk production, sustain supply and supports overall healthy lactation.

We never use breastmilk to make any of our delicious lactation treats.

The right combination and amounts of brewer's Yeast, Flaxseed, Fennel Seeds, Steel Cut Oats.

Can I eat lactation treats while I am pregnant?

Please consult with your doctor before eating lactation treats while you are pregnant.

How quickly will I see results?

Most of our milkin' mommas experience a boost in milk supply within just a day or two of eating our treats.

How many treats should I eat a day?

We recommend a combination of 2 items a day. Ex. 2 cookies or 1 cookie and 1 muffin a day.

Will my milk supply drop back down if I stop eating your treats?

Many times, mommas are able to eat our treats and then stop after their supply is elevated to a satisfactory level and are then able to maintain that level. However, some mommas will need to continue to eat our treats to maintain the level of milk production that they need.

Is it safe for my family members to eat lactation treats?

Although it is perfectly safe, we recommend that you keep all the effective deliciousness for you and your baby. We sell treats for your family members that are made  exactly the same without all the 'milk making magic'. Our family bags also cost less. Just message us and someone will help you get those added to your order.

How do I store my treats?

We never use preservatives in any of our treats. We recommend storing your treats in the refrigerator or freezer to pull as needed. Your treats will be good in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks and a couple of months in the freezer when stored properly. Every order comes with eating and storage instructions.
